Conventions: Sessions

Using the website the committee manages all sessions. This can involve the following:

  1. Assign room and time for each of the sessions.
  2. Pre-registration: It is possible to have online pre-registrations for some sessions. This feature can be set up so that pre-registration opens and closes at a pre-determined date and time and for a limited number of registrants.
  3. Presenting information to the public on the sessions of the convention is one of the more useful features of the website. This is accomplished without the need for any manual data entry: everything is automatically generated from the sessions’ database.
  4. Generate reports useful for:
    1. Keeping track of payments to the speakers.
