The website can facilitate the process of managing exhibits. Prospective exhibitors go through a similar process as speakers:

1. They submit a proposal to have an exhibit at the convention and the committee can choose which exhibits to accept. Information emails are automatically generated at every step.
2. Payment to the convention by the exhibitors can be processed through the website using either cheques or creit cards (see following section).
3. Once exhibits are approved, information can be made available to the public though the website with the information automatically generated from the database.
