We have extensive experience in designing and implementing websites catering to conventions and
conferences. We designed and implemented the website for the Calgary City Teachers’ Convention (CCTCA:
http://www.cctca.com/). The Calgary teachers’ convention is the largest teachers’ convention in North
America and their website allows committee members to handle many aspects of their convention. Please

Provide Information
Perhaps the most basic reason to have a convention website is to provide information such as:
- News and updates regarding the convention,
- the purpose of the convention,
- session scheduling and locations,
- and many others
This information can be directed to different audiences, including:
- speakers and exhibitors (both prospective and selected ones),
- convention attendees, and
- the general public
Best of all, the website can be implemented in such a way that most content can be modified directly
by you with an easy-to-use interface; or we can take care of all of the details for you.
