CCTCA Convention: Speaker Sessions

Once a proposal contract is accepted by a speaker, it becomes a session.  From the 'Manage Sessions' screen committee members can view at a glance all of the sessions currently in the system and sort/filter them on several different criteria. A screenshot of this page is shown below

Once a session exists it has to be assigned a time and place (room).  This is accomplished through the 'Edit Session' screen shown below.  By selecting from drop-down lists it is easy to assign a facility, room and times for each particular session.  It is possible to enable the system to check for possible booking conflicts between sessions.

Once a date, time and room has been assigned to a session, an auto-generated confirmation letter is sent to the speaker just with the click of a button.  Below is a sample confirmation letter.  It contains information pertinent to the specific session as well as any additional information that the speaker needs to have before presenting the session
