As proposals come in, committee members can view them and accept or reject them as they see fit. This is done through the admin pages to which only committee members have access. All proposals are listed and this list can be filtered and/or sorted in many different ways so that proposals can be easily found. And with a quick glance the status of a proposal can be easily ascertained.
Proposals can be viewed in all their details as well as modified by clicking on them on the previous screen. A partial detailed view of the proposal is shown below. From here the data on any of the fields of the proposal can be modifed as well as either accepting or rejecting a proposal. When a proposal is accepted, a contract is automatically sent by e-mail to the speaker with instructions on how to proceed.
